Pumpkin Apple Struesel Muffins

I think I was channeling my late Grandma Rose again this morning.
We woke up to rain this morning, which has now turned to slushy snow.  So I thought I would make some pumpkin bread to help warm the house.  I went to search for recipes that included Libby's can pumpkin so I could use up the last can I had left over from baking pies for Christmas.
I came across this recipe for Pumpkin Apple Struesel Muffins at VeryBestBaking.com.
It was a big hit with the family.  They tasted way better that I expected.
I made mini muffins and standard size muffins. My 5 year old said because he was 5 years old that he had to eat five muffins.  He did eat five muffins, four mini and one standard. I think he has a hollow leg.
If you make this reply to this post and let me know how it turned out.
FYI: The batter is very thick and I used a cookie dough scoop to fill the muffin tin.  The picture is from the website but my muffins looked the same.
See the link below for the recipe and instructions.

How to tie a small bow

This is from one of my favorite craft sites Love 2 Create! I am shocked at how simple this technique is for creating small bows.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
